Nightingale Nursing Home Health Care is dedicated to providing comprehensive in-home care services to individuals who have developed illnesses as a result of their work in the nuclear energy industry during the Cold War era. We recognize the unique needs of these individuals and strive to offer personalized care that alleviates their symptoms, enhances their quality of life, and allows them to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
Our Services
Our team of experienced registered nurses and case managers works closely with each individual and their physician to develop a customized care plan that addresses their specific needs and preferences. Our services range from 24-hour care for those requiring round-the-clock assistance to periodic visits throughout the week for those who need occasional support. We also offer a unique program that allows family members to be paid for their time providing care, ensuring that our clients are surrounded by loved ones who understand their unique circumstances.
Monitoring and condition assessments
Our nurses will monitor your condition and perform assessments every time they visit your home. They will also perform assessments periodically as prescribed by your doctor. These assessments will help us to track your progress and identify any changes in your condition.
Administering medication or help with schedule
Our nurses can administer your medication and help you to keep track of your schedule. They will also make sure that your prescriptions are working as planned and that you are not experiencing any side effects.
Performing Doctor ordered activities
Our nurses can perform a variety of doctor-ordered activities, such as listening to your lung sounds, checking your blood pressure, and taking your temperature. This information will be quickly communicated back to your doctor so that they can provide you with the best possible care.
Serving of meals
Our nurses can help you to prepare and eat meals. They will also make sure that you are getting the proper nutrition.
General housekeeping, laundry and hygiene
Our nurses can help you with general housekeeping, laundry, and hygiene. This will help you to maintain a clean and healthy home environment.
Transportation and other
Our nurses can help you with a variety of other tasks, such as transportation, shopping, and errands. They will work with you to develop a plan that meets your individual needs.
